Irish Brigade has been in business since 1994 we have been at the pinnacle of our sport in the Midwest supplying our customers with the most up to date and top of the line products our industry has to offer. Our facilities are located in the heart of Kansas City , Missouri and has a staff with over 25 years of combined experience in the Paintball industry.
What are your hours of operation?
Our Ebay company and web site is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week. To reach one of our friendly representatives for ebay or online company , staff office hours are 9am to 6pm Monday through Saturday and all of your questions and shipping concerns can be addressed during those hours.

We do ship to Military/APO addresses.
We also ship internationally please email us for quote. However shipping Internationally is at your own risk and we are not responsible for lost or stolen items if they are not insured.
What is your Warranty?
All of our product comes with a manufacturers warranty unless otherwise stated in the description of that particular item that you are purchasing.
Irish Brigade stands behind ALL of its product sold online. Irish Brigade DOES NOT PROVIDE WARRANTY SERVICE FOR ANY OF THE PRODUCTS SOLD ON THIS SITE, however we do in all cases assist all of our customers with their purchases if they have issues regardless of their problem to attain complete satisfaction.
What is your Return policy?
RETURNS
ALL Returns must be made within 15 days of original invoice and you must contact us prior to shipping the item back to our facility. Before any item can be considered for return, it must meet all of the following conditions:
Return Shipping charges are not refundable unless it was a shipping error on our part.
CONDITIONS
1. All products returned must be in new, unused, condition.
2. All items associated with each product must be returned. This includes packaging, accessories, and printed materials that came with the product. This includes any promotional materials such as stickers included with the products that you ordered.
3. You must include a copy of the invoice you received with your order.
4. Open DVD’s and Videotapes are not returnable, if defective they may be exchanged for the same title only.
REFUNDS FOR RETURNS
If you meet the four conditions set forth above and wish to return an item(s) you must follow these directions:
1. If all the conditions are met Irish Brigade will refund you the amount of the item(s) returned minus shipping fees., unless otherwise stated. The refund will be issued to you in the same method you used for payment.
2. We recommend that when returning product that you pack the product properly. If any merchandise is damaged in shipping due to incorrect packing by the customer Irish Brigade will contact you regarding your refund. Irish Brigade recommends that all returns be shipped insured.
